All appointments require a £50 deposit. Without a deposit your appointment will not be secure. Deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.

Deposits are transferrable to an alternative date with 48 hours notice given. A time frame less than this, any deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to re book your appointment.

Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your appointments. However, please be mindful of last minute cancellations or no shows.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, half of the treatment cost will be required.
If you do not show up to your appointment, a full treatment cost will need to be paid.

Cancellations for all anti wrinkle/ toxin appointments will require you to cover product costs. This product is a prescription only medicine (POM), meaning this is specifically ordered for your appointment only.
